On this Site, RENAULT TRUCKS makes available all the information necessary for the assembly of bodywork or equipment and the production of couplings for a selection of RENAULT TRUCKS products (the “Service”). By entering the chassis number of a RENAULT TRUCKS product that is covered by the Service, the relevant handbook will be made available for you, either as a streamed service or for download to a mobile device. The handbook, and any and all other materials, photos, drawings, content and information provided on the Site (collectively the “Content”) are subject to these Terms of Use.

User Rights. You are entitled to: (i) use and view the Services and the Content for your personal use only; and (ii) download the Content that is made available for download on the Site, for your personal use provided, however, that you do not: (a) modify or adapt any such Content; and (b) remove or modify any copyright notice or trademarks. The limited use rights specified above are the sole rights granted to you in relation to the Site, the Services and the Content.

User Restrictions. You may not use the Site, the Services or the Content for any purpose that is prohibited by law and/or by these Terms of Use. Without limitation you may not: (i) modify, adapt, create derivative work of, distribute, license, sell, transmit, display, perform, publish or otherwise make available any Content that is available on the Site; (ii) use the Site or any of the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair RENAULT TRUCKS or its suppliers servers, networks or connections; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any site, services, computer systems or networks connected to RENAULT TRUCKS or its suppliers servers through hacking or by any other means; or (iv) otherwise use the Site, the Services and/or the Content in violation with any applicable laws and regulations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAWS, THE SITE, THE SERVICES AND THE CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND RENAULT TRUCKS, ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND ITS SUPPLIERS, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, NON–INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OR ANY PART THEREOF IS NOT VALID, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE SAME TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH LAW OR REGULATION.

Changes and Updates. RENAULT TRUCKS is constantly changing and improving the Site, the Service and the Content. Accordingly, RENAULT TRUCKS may add or remove functionalities and features and may terminate and suspend the Site or the Service at any time. RENAULT TRUCKS further reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole discretion, modify these Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to periodically check this Site: (i) to ensure that you are using the latest version of any Content provided through the Service; and (ii) to ensure that your keep yourself informed of any modifications to these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Site, the Services and/or the Content following a modification of the Terms of Use will mean that you have accepted the modifications to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Use, you should discontinue your use of the Site, the Services and the Content.

Violation of the Terms of Use. RENAULT TRUCKS may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, terminate or suspend your access to the Site and/or your use of the Services if RENAULT TRUCKS, in its reasonable opinion, determines that you are in breach of these Terms of Use.

Intellectual Property Rights. RENAULT TRUCKS, its licensors, suppliers and partners own all rights, title and interest to the Site, the Services and the Content including any and all copyrights, trademarks (including but not limited to word marks, figure marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features), patents, design rights and any all other intellectual property rights and proprietary rights therein. Any and all intellectual property rights in relation to the Site, the Services and the Content are protected by international intellectual property right laws and treaties. You may not use the Site, the Services or the Content in any other way than as explicitly allowed under these Terms of Use.

Miscellaneous. If any provision herein is held by a court or any other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. RENAULT TRUCKS’s failure to enforce these Terms of Use, or any provision herein, shall not be construed as a waiver by RENAULT TRUCKS. These Terms of Use shall not be construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, these Terms of Use shall be governed by the French laws, excluding its conflict of law principles and any and all disputes arising out of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
